Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong technical skills, and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bathroom spaces. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to design, plan, and execute projects that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bathroom projects.
Create detailed design plans, including 2D and 3D renderings, using design software Winner Flex.
Select and recommend materials, fixtures, finishes, and appliances that align with client vision and project requirements.
Prepare accurate project specifications, including measurements, layouts, and material lists.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes and regulations.
Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and supplier orders to ensure timely completion.
Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from initial consultation to project completion.
Qualifications:
Qualifications in interior design, architecture, or a related field. (preferred but not required).
2+ years of experience in kitchen and bathroom design or a related field. (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in design software such as Winner, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, or similar.
Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
Familiarity with building regulations, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
Certification from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) is a plus.
Work Environment:
Office-based with frequent site visits to client homes or project locations.
May require occasional evening appointments to accommodate client schedules.
Regularly work Saturday to accommodate busy showroom schedule.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
