We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to work alongside our current team at Bright Meadows Care Home. shifts are 7am-7pm, alternative weekend work is required.
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support with the delivery of high standard food and beverages to residents while ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene with in the kitchen. You will effectively support the Chef and other kitchen staff in their daily duties, ensuring compliance and understanding of their responsibilities for food hygiene, preparation and all Health and Safety requirements.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
