What You’ll Be Doing
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, and authentically Missoma environment for every customer.
- Share your style advice and product knowledge to help customers find their perfect pieces.
- Deliver exceptional service from entrance to checkout.
- Champion our brand ethos and values in everything you do.
- Engage thoughtfully with customers and find creative ways to exceed their expectations.
- Become an expert on our products, collections, and aftercare.
- Build lasting relationships with repeat customers.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the store always looks its best.
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing and team leadership in management’s absence.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
- 1+ years’ experience in a senior sales or key holder role, ideally in luxury retail or a high-volume customer-facing environment.
- Confidence in handling customer complaints and store admin tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive, and engaging approach to customer service.
- Tech-savviness across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine passion for Missoma and our mission.
