Blue Banana Plymouth is looking for confident, reliable, and friendly Key Holders to support our management team and help improve day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on extra responsibility, grow within a fast paced retail environment, and be part of a passionate alternative brand.
About the Role
As a Key Holder, you’ll act as a support to store management and help lead the team when required. You’ll be trusted with opening and closing the store, supervising shifts, and ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation are consistently met.
Responsibilities include:
•Opening and closing the store
Leading by example on the shop floor
•Supportingand motivating staff
•Delivering excellent customer service
•Assisting with stock control, merchandising, and store standards
•Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and positive environment
About You

•Confident, approachable, and proactive
•Trustworthy and dependable
•Customer-focused with strong communication skills
•Interested in alternative fashion, and piercings
•Ready to take initiative and step up when needed
•Flexible with availability, including weekends
