We are seeking an experienced kebab operator to join our team in a fast-paced takeaway environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Cooking and cutting the kebabs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our meals are cooked to perfection, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to deliver delicious meals efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal food quality and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kebab shop is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential to ensure compliance in the kitchen.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are vital for success in this role.
