Are you hands-on, creative, and keen to learn a skilled trade? We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing signage business as a Junior Sign Maker.
You’ll be working with a friendly, experienced team producing all sorts of custom signs — from high street shopfronts to massive building graphics. No prior experience needed — just a good attitude, willingness to learn, and some common sense.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Using tools to cut, weed, and apply vinyl
- Helping with printing, laminating, mounting & finishing
- Assisting with sign assembly and preparing for installs
- Learning to use equipment like plotters and CNC machines
- Keeping the workshop tidy and organised
- Supporting the team with various day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine interest in hands-on work or design
- Someone punctual, switched-on, and willing to muck in
- Good attention to detail — we like things done properly
- Comfortable using tools (we’ll train you, but confidence helps)
- No problem asking questions or trying new things
