Job Description
Here at Watches of Switzerland Group we are looking for a Junior Secretary to join our Office in London.
You provide general receptionist duties for our London North Row office and administrative support to the Company Secretary.
About the role
- To meet and greet all visitors to Head Office with a professional and polite attitude.
- To assist with concierge duties.
- To be the first point of contact for visitors, the “face and voice” of Head Office.
- To ensure that every visitor's needs are catered for with a “World Class experience”.
- To excel in customer service, to ensure all that visit leave with their expectations met
- and purpose of contact fulfilled.
- To build knowledge of visitors and from this anticipate their needs on future visits.
About You
- A successful track record in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Able to manage a complex and demanding workload, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Be able to work collaboratively, with a range of colleagues in the wider organisation, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, including proof reading skills and ability to draft communications to a wide range of audiences.
- Microsoft Office skills, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to support project planning initiatives.
