About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Operator to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their sales skills while gaining valuable experience in the marketing industry. You will engage with customers, promote client products and services, and play a key role in driving campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Promote products and services as part of marketing campaigns
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Support the marketing team in executing sales and promotional strategies
- Share feedback to help optimise campaigns and improve customer engagement
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with customers and handling objections
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Basic IT and data entry skills; CRM experience is a plus
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
