Role Overview
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies, manage content, and track campaign performance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content across multiple platforms.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Assist with copywriting for blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Help maintain and update the company website and marketing databases.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing and brand development.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous marketing or content creation experience is desirable but not essential.
