Together, we celebrate creativity, storytelling, and sensory immersion. We’re now looking for a part time Junior Graphic Designer to support our visual identity and brand output across all three businesses
This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute our creative presence across print and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our in-house team and creative director to deliver design assets that are refined, impactful, and aligned with our aesthetic, luxurious, mysterious, and immersive.
What you’ll do
Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design marketing and promotional materials, including flyers, posters, signage, menus, and digital content
- Produce social media assets and templates for recurring content themes
- Support guest communication materials (in-room cards, review prompts, laundry lists, etc.)
- Create and update spiritual and wellness brochures, price lists, and aftercare documents for DAMU
- Design event assets for hotel activations (e.g., Halloween, NYE, cocktail nights)
- Contribute to brand consistency across YOPO, WAESKA, JUREMA, and Spiritual Wellbeing offerings
- Collaborate on partnership materials and local engagement pieces (e.g., Fitzrovia Trail)
- Maintain and iterate on marketing brochures, fact sheets, and other B2B assets
This role is intended for 2/3 days per week part time work (although the details of this can be determined following interview)
What you’ll Bring
- A strong design portfolio, ideally in luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- A refined, editorial eye with attention to typography, layout, and brand tone
- Experience producing assets for both print and digital use
- The ability to juggle multiple briefs across three brands
- A self-starting attitude and willingness to immerse in our brand world
- Motion graphics or video editing experience
- Photography or content creation skills
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Canva for Teams)
