Company Description
We’re looking for a creative and driven junior graphic designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in current design software and be skilled across the entire design process from concept to final output.
You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to turn written and spoken ideas into engaging designs that connect with our audience. A solid understanding of branding and marketing is essential to find the right style and layout for each project.
Job Description
- Working across a wide range of projects and media using various software tools to create innovative graphic designs that align with business goals.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure designs meet organisational standards, express ideas clearly, and reflect the brand appropriately.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
Hours of work:
- Full-time, working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
- Office based, Hopton-on-Sea, Norfolk
Qualifications
Required:
- Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for design.
- Over a years professional experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and developing new design skills.
Desirable:
- Over a year of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
