JUNIOR GARDENER REQUIRED
Greenstone Landscaping is an exciting and expanding garden and landscape design company. We teach and train our staff in the never-ending quest for horticultural knowledge.
We are a well-established company of over 25 years, based in central and South London, nurturing beautiful gardens of private high-end individuals.
In addition to your horticultural job, your role will include fulfilling paperwork, working as part of a team and working to the highest of standards. It is important that you are a friendly person with good personal skills, able to talk to and liaise with clients.
We are looking for Gardeners to join our growing team.
Gardener applicants must:
- Be passionate about plants and horticulture
- Have some horticultural experience necessary
- Have a desire to learn and develop
- Ensure that the vans are kept clean and tidy with a full set of tools
- Be punctual, tidy in appearance and have good “common sense”
- Have good plant knowledge & care
- Have good communication skills both written and verbal
- Be happy to deal with clients
- Enjoy being part of a close-knit team as well as being able to show initiative
- Be happy to occasionally work out of London with the odd night away
Job includes:
- Working hours 7am/8am – 4.30pm/5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Uniform and mobile phone allowance
- Excellent training

- References will be required
- Starting salary £28k subject to experience
