Role Purpose
The Finance Analyst supports the finance function in the preparation & support of financial information & analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications & Key Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Studying for or intending to pursue accountancy qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling and presentation skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Accountability) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collegiately with finance colleagues & business customers
Responsibilities:
- Provide relevant & accurate information to support commercial decisions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting, forecasts & annual
- budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data
- and provide insight
- Work with finance colleagues to monitor revenue & pipeline

- Assist in the development of client profitability analysis
- Monitoring of key cost drivers by capability & type of spend
- Review market information to support financial insight
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis on project work
