Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Representative, you will play a key role in representing our clients at promotional events, engaging with the public, and helping to drive campaign success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, and enjoys interacting with people face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands at events, exhibitions, and promotional stands
- Engage with the public to create interest and awareness around products and services
- Communicate key brand messages clearly and confidently
- Support event set-up and breakdown, ensuring displays are attractive and well-organised
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to campaign improvements
- Work closely with the events and marketing team to meet targets and goals
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and outgoing personality
- Comfortable speaking with new people in a variety of settings
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No prior experience required – full training provided
