Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and delivering live marketing events. Whether it’s brand activations, promotional stands, or pop-up campaigns, you’ll be the face of the brand—interacting with the public, promoting client offerings, and providing excellent service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional activities
- Engage with the public to generate interest and create a positive brand impression
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event equipment and displays
- Support the coordination of event logistics and ensure smooth on-site operations
- Collect customer feedback and report on event performance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and branded event space
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure campaign goals are met
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, outdoor or event settings
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service or event work is a bonus, but not required
