Role Overview
As a Junior Event Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in event management within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of marketing events, including product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
- Engage with event attendees, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
- Support the event team with logistics, set-up, and on-site assistance during events.
- Help distribute marketing materials and promote brand messages effectively.
- Gather feedback from event participants to report on success and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of event activities and attendance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing social media and digital content related to events when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous event experience or interest in event management is a plus but not essential.
