Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Event Agent to support our event marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in event planning, client interaction, and brand promotion. You will play a key role in delivering events and campaigns that showcase our clients’ brands in dynamic and creative ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing marketing events and campaigns.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
- Engage with customers to represent client brands professionally and positively.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and deliver innovative event ideas.
- Monitor event performance and contribute feedback for improvements.
- Support administrative and coordination tasks within the event team.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident personality.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A keen interest in marketing, events, and brand promotion.
- Previous customer-facing or event experience is a plus, but not essential.
