Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Junior Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring smooth communication between our clients and their customers while contributing to the success of various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and assistance related to marketing campaigns and services.
