In this role, you will serve as a bridge between our marketing team and customers, responding to enquiries, providing information on marketing campaigns, and assisting in promotional activities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Provide clear and accurate information about marketing services, promotions, and campaigns

- Assist with basic marketing tasks, including event support or promotional activities
