Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients, providing friendly, efficient, and professional support. You will assist with enquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to ensuring smooth communication between the company, clients, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support the marketing team with feedback and insights from customer interactions
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service and campaign delivery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training provided)
- Team player with attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential
