Role Overview:
The Junior Customer Service Associate will be the first point of contact for client inquiries and support. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others and wants to build a career in marketing and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about our services and campaigns
- Assist clients with questions, complaints, and requests, escalating issues where necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Support the sales and marketing teams by relaying customer feedback and market insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about marketing and client management
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential
