Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Junior Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to clients and customers by answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service throughout the marketing campaign process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Support the marketing team with client communications and administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all customers
- Help coordinate with event teams to ensure customer satisfaction during promotions
