Role Overview:
In this entry-level position, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product and service information to customers across various channels (in person, phone, or email)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Represent client brands confidently during campaigns or promotional events
- Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions
