That Lot Creatives
£30,672 - £38,837 a year
City of London, England

Firstly, a little bit about us.

We make brands unskippable.

Through our work with clients including... [deep breath] Adobe, Greggs, Prime Video, Spotify, YouTube, Microsoft, Kellogg’s, HSBC, John Lewis, Have I Got News For You, Motorway, Channel 4 and Amazon Alexa, we add value, not noise.

We put creativity at the heart of everything we do. From social strategy, social creative, social production, social amplification and social effectiveness, we deliver expertise and cultural relevance. On social.

Still reading? Great. It’s only been three short paragraphs. And we’d love to hear about you...

The Role.

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Creative to add to our growing creative team. Not only will you be working across some of the world’s best-loved brands, but you’ll be joining a lovely bunch of talented (their words, not ours) people, helping to literally create industry-leading social content.

Your responsibilities.

  • You’ll work collaboratively in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving creative environment.
  • Responsible for ideating brilliant assets which wow the client.
  • Capture, create and edit native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  • Show off your brilliant trends & TikTok knowledge, producing content for a very active follower base.
  • Work with designers, editors and account managers to ensure complex ideas are implemented to the highest standard possible.
  • Show off your writing skills and drive community management for some loved brands.

Some specific skills you’ll need.

Creativity:

  • Someone hungry to generate content that reaches millions of people globally.
  • You’ll have a passion and enthusiasm for trends, culture and social platforms, and how to create content that taps into the social zeitgeist.
  • You’ll be able to generate copy that entices audiences to engage with your content across platforms.

Industry knowledge and expertise:

  • You have a thirst for innovation and, at the very least, have had social media specific work experience.
  • Your TikTok, Instagram, X and Threads game has to be strong, and knowing your way around LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and YouTube certainly wouldn’t hurt.
  • You’ll be on your way to being a master with platform native tools and in-app software such as Capcut, Lightroom, Adobe Express / Canva. Some working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) is preferred, but not required.

Teamwork:

  • Openness to feedback, other opinions and ideas. Ability to go beyond the job description when required to help the team. Able to team up with different people when required.

Extra Awesome:

  • A good sense of humour and the ability to present your ideas confidently internally and externally.

Perks of the job.

We also offer several perks, including the following:

  • 25 days holiday + 2 extra days at Christmas + 2 annual days for volunteering
  • Flexible working, with 2 in-office days expected
  • Employee wellbeing perks including things like EAP mental health support
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Summer and Christmas company parties
  • Pension scheme
  • Access to health insurance
