Salary: £21,955.16 actual salary, £25,138.66 (FTE)

Requirements : Driving to various sites is a part of this role with a driving licence and access to a car essential.
Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Job Coach based in our to deliver effective and individualised programmes which enable educational experiences and prepares our students for adulthood and independent living.
As a Job Coach you will join our small and friendly Supported Internship team, working closely with both students and employers to ensure placements are appropriate and students have the necessary training and resources to be able to perform the role independently. You may also support teaching and learning sessions to help students achieve their maximum potential.
You should hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and Level 2 in English and Maths and Autism. Experience of working within various employment sectors or with young adults with learning disabilities is desirable, as is experience of supporting/training others in the workplace.
Enthusiasm and a willingness to adapt are considered essential skills. We would love to hear from you if you feel that you have the qualities that we require in this role.
