Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanour.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service.

- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
