The project!
As an International VM Coordinator you will travel regularly to our international partners The Visual Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the Window and in-store customer experience through the strategic and creative presentation of merchandise and window. This position requires a highly creative individual with a deep understanding of visual merchandising techniques, brand identity, and retail trends. The Visual coordinator is responsible for developing and executing visual displays.
What will the role entail?

Design and implement attractive product and window displays that reflect brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
Plan store layouts and product placement to enhance traffic flow and drive product visibility.
Maintain consistent visual standards across all locations, updating guidelines as needed.
Develop creative themes for product launches, seasonal events, and promotions in coordination with marketing.
Train store teams on visual merchandising best practices and ensure ongoing display quality.
Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to adapt displays based on product performance and availability.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluent level of English.
- Good level of Excel.
- Good level of Adobe pack.
