Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, Providing customer quotes, booking orders on system, Scheduling orders, providing exceptional service and support. Ability to work as part of a team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. Ideal candidate must have experience in the building and construction sector.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide Quotes via email and telephone
- Schedule and plan bookings
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Document customer interactions in our system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
