About the role:
We are looking for someone to support the Account Managers by developing a solid understanding of our products, services and customer base. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders and providing administrative support.
Responsible for:
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing product information
- Process customer orders and quotations accurately.
- Monitor and track sales orders and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks and reporting
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order completion.
- Participate in training to develop product and industry knowledge.
- Adhering to all QHSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe, efficient and compliant environment.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the company.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Act consistently and follow Oadbys core Vision, Mission and Values.
What experience do you need to have:
- Must have good communication ability.
- You will have good basic arithmetic and an understanding of percentages.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.
