Join Hall & Pickles, one of the UK’s leading steel stockholders, as a Commercial Trainee — a development role designed to give you a full understanding of the business before progressing into a permanent position as a Sales Account Manager.
What the Role Involves:
Over an 18-month training programme, you will rotate through several key departments:
- Goods Inwards – understand how we manage and maintain stock
- Transport & Logistics – gain insight into customer deliveries and routing
- Accounts – learn about financial processes and systems
- Sales – build customer service and commercial skills
You’ll also play an active part in the implementation of our new computer system, giving you valuable experience in systems integration and digital transformation.
At the end of the programme, you’ll move into a full-time Sales Account Manager role, working directly with customers and managing commercial relationships.
