Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our People team at Lifetime Legal!
In this role, you will support the development and delivery of a high-quality recruitment service that enables Lifetime Legal to attract, engage and onboard high calibre talent, who share our company values and are committed to achieving our vision. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
Working in partnership with hiring managers and our specialists across the People Team. You will be responsible for providing advice and support on sourcing strategies and best practice recruitment techniques, including shortlisting, interviews, making an offer, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
Key duties:
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle
- Job description admin
- Create, lead and manage recruitment campaigns
- Track the progress of recruitment campaigns, proposing / providing changes as required
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and high-quality service
- Manage the company’s advertising platform accounts
- Draft engaging adverts for external and internal use
- Promote jobs on social media. Create targeted social media campaigns to engage passive job seekers
- Be the public face of Lifetime Legal recruitment, act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment and onboarding stages
- Proactively search for suitable candidates using CV / profile search tools
- Gain sector knowledge to address resourcing difficulties and implement innovative solutions
- Liaise with hiring managers prior to recruitment to gather all the necessary details needed to source the best possible candidates
- Assist managers in following a fair, robust and inclusive recruitment process
- Conduct screening calls of applicants and scheduling of interviews
- Attend interviews for admin purposes
- Keep candidates and hiring managers updated on process/next steps.
- Be responsible for all the recruitment and onboarding admin ensuring it meets compliance requirements
- Work with the People team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth induction to the business
- Pipeline talented candidates for future opportunities
- Keep up to date with industry thinking and development on recruitment and selection approaches
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide management information reports when requested
- Ensure that you act with discretion and confidentially at all times
- Provide the logistical management of laptops and equipment supplied to employees
- Be knowledgeable and stay up to date with HR policies and procedures such as right to work requirements
- Be responsible for our employee referral program and policy
Person specification:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster valuable internal and external relationships
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in office roles in a similar position
- A proactive team player who thrives both collaboratively and independently
- Be flexible and adaptable with a pro-active attitude
