Farrow and Ball – Internal Communications Partner (24 hours per week)
We’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Internal Communications Partner to help us connect, inform, and inspire our colleagues across Farrow & Ball and beyond.
This part-time role (3 days per week) will support the day-to-day delivery of internal communications and cultural initiatives, helping ensure our teams feel engaged, appreciated, and part of a bigger picture — both within Farrow & Ball and the wider Hempel Group.
You’ll work closely with the Global Communications Director and collaborate with teams across departments, regions, and other brands in the Hempel A/S group to shine a light on great work, shared values, and common goals.
Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients.
The unique Farrow & Ball look transforms modern and traditional homes, large and small, inside and out. Established in Dorset in 1946, we have grown over the last 75 years and now proudly have 60 showrooms worldwide with a global network of stockists.
The key to our success is the people behind the paint: from the team handcrafting each tin to showroom staff to support functions, our shared passion ensures customers have a positive, engaging experience at every stage of their journey with us.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Sustainability, Learning & Development, Retail, Operations, etc.) to gather stories, updates, and initiatives worth sharing.
- Collaborate with counterparts in other brands and segments within the Hempel A/S Group to increase Farrow & Ball’s visibility internally and bring inspiration into our business from across our group.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal events and campaigns — from company updates and town halls to wellbeing, DEI, and charity activities.

- Experience in internal communications, content creation, or employee engagement.
- A warm, clear, and engaging communication style — written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to build strong working relationships across teams and geographies.
- An eye for detail and an appreciation for tone of voice, visual communication, and brand consistency.
- Experience using internal communication tools and platforms such as SharePoint, intranet systems, email platforms, etc., is a plus.
- A curiosity about people, culture, and what makes a workplace feel connected and inspired.
- Passion for interior design, home decor, and the Farrow & Ball brand
