Integrations and Workday Extend Lead

The HR Technology team are responsible for enhancing and scaling QRT’s HR systems and processes. This includes developing integrations, applications, and tooling to support global business needs. The team partners closely with Workday functional analysts, software engineering teams, and HR stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Your future role within QRT includes:
- Design, develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other applications
- Develop Workday Extend applications to solve business requirements
- Lead integration development across a global setup, collaborating with global teams
- Drive the technical design, build, test and deployment of new/enhanced Workday integration solutions using diverse integration methods
- Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions, review design, define technical specifications and maintain documentation around integrations
- Provide support on integration issues
- Maintain alignment with Workday standards around security, architecture and integration
- Participate in Workday release reviews and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with third-party vendors when required
Your Present Skillset:
- Experience with Workday Studio, PECI/WECI, and Workday data models (i.e. EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Solid knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPaths, JSON and integration using middleware technologies
- Strong understanding of OOP principles and good understanding of scripting
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Workday Extend (minimum 1-2 projects)
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with scripting, Python and full stack development techniques are a plus
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics or other data analytics techniques
- Deep understanding of HR systems and architecture
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations in financial services context
