Avonside Energy is growing - and we're looking for hands-on, reliable Insulation Installers to join our expert team working on newbuild housing projects. With over 150 employees across 12 UK locations, we offer long-term career stability, full training, and the opportunity to expand your skills across multiple product lines within a well established and supportive company.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing high - performance insulation (loft/cavity wall/timber frame) on newbuild housing sites
- Delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship on active construction sites
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a respected team
- Representing a company known for quality and professionalism
What You'll Need:
- Experience in insulation, drylining, or general construction (preferred)
- CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
- Physical stamina to lift materials and work in physically demanding environments
- A team-player attitude and readiness to learn

Additional information:
- Occasional out of area work with fully funded overnight stays, if required.
- This is a 'paid for productivity' role with on target earnings in excess of £35,000.
