About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling installers for solar PV and air source heat pump installations under the ECO4 scheme. Additionally, you'll coordinate assessors to ensure smooth operations and timely job completions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch installers for solar and air source heat pump installations.
- Coordinate with assessors to ensure they are assigned to the correct jobs.
- Maintain accurate schedules and update any changes promptly.
- Ensure all jobs are scheduled in line with company policies and customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with the installation team and customers.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in scheduling or coordination roles, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
