Industrial Cleaning Supervisor – Scunthorpe area, Runtech North Ltd
We have an exciting opportunity for hardworking and motivated Industrial Cleaning Supervisor here at Runtech, based at a developing operation in the Scunthorpe area.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, pro-active and focused on leading a team of Industrial Cleaners to deliver the best possible customer service. Your primary tasks will include:
- Ensuring the quality of customer service is to the highest possible standards
- Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring operational control and effectiveness by championing continuous improvement at all levels
- Being the focal point for the team with our customer
- Liaising with the customer, identifying and setting priorities in-line with production demands and in a safe manner
- Efficiently responding to operational issues and changing customer requirements ensuring demands are met effectively
- Creating a positive team dynamic ensuring all focused on safety and customer service
- Ensuring compliance with Runtech procedures and safe working practices at all times and addressing non adherence appropriately and timely in line with Company Procedures.
The ideal candidate will have :
- A proven track record of leading a team in a supervisory role
- Experience of working in a Heavy Industry environment
- A track record of strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- IOSH managing safely qualification
- Full driving licence and small plant experience
Package:
- Basic 40 Hours per week – Monday to Friday
- Frequent overtime requirement
- Basic rate of pay : £15.00/hour
- Auto enrolled onto the company pension scheme
- PPE Provided
- 28 days holiday per year inclusive of Bank Holidays
The successful candidate will be subject to our induction process that will include drug & alcohol testing.

- Supervising: 1 year (required)
- Heavy Industrial Environment: 1 year (required)
- Small Plant (Skid Steer, Fork Lift, Telehandler): 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- IOSH Managing Safely Qualification (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
