Inclusion Assistant
We are looking for a fantastic Inclusion Assistant to join our outstanding pastoral team, assisting Year Leaders to support students’ behaviour, attendance and welfare.
Role: Inclusion Assistant
Reports to: Pastoral Leader
Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year + five INSET days
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade 5, scp 6-11, £25,183 - £27,269 FTE (£21,757 - £23,559 actual)
Start Date: September 2025
Qualifications required: GCSE Minimum grade C in English and Maths

This role requires excellent organisation, planning and prioritising skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity because you will play a central role within the pastoral team, supporting our students as they navigate daily school life. It is a busy, fast paced role that sits at the heart of the school, providing a vital link between students’ home lives and their development in the classroom.
