At Key, we provide high quality personalised support to over 2,000 disabled people, across 17 Scottish local authorities, enabling them to lead full, active lives in their own homes and communities. Key is also a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) with over 700 homes across Scotland specifically designed for disabled people and those with long term support needs.
We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join Key's technology team, who ensure we make every day matter for the people we support.
You’ll have responsibility for providing effective and responsive technical support and assistance to staff located across Scotland. You will support the development of digital skills and confidence amongst the workforce and encourage the adoption and use of technology.
The successfully candidate will have a relevant HND and at least 1 year's experience delivering ICT support or have considerable experience of delivering ICT support.
Candidates must have access to a suitable vehicle during working hours and either hold a valid driving licence or be able to make alternative arrangements.

About The Role
Our ICT infrastructure is designed to support our workforce in delivering high-quality services seamlessly across multiple locations, enabling flexible, mobile, and remote working. As a member of our ICT teams, the post holder will play a key role in promoting and supporting digital ways of working, aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and adaptable individual. They will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to champion digital solutions, enhance user experience, and contribute to the ongoing development of our ICT services.
Although based in our Glasgow, occasional travel across Scotland will be required to support operational needs and project delivery. That said, we recognise the benefits of being flexible as an employer and offer an element of hybrid working on a non-contractual basis.
Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours are essential.
