Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team at Bright & Beautiful. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR functions and ensuring that our staff feels valued and supported. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including training coordination.
- Handle employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management processes and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring timely submission of relevant data.
- Managing team absences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is desirable but not essential.
