This is a fabulous opportunity to join THF Holdings Limited as an Apprentice HR Support involving assisting with various HR functions including recruitment, employee on boarding, maintaining records, updating the HRIS, document control and providing general HR support to employees and managers, whilst studying for an HR Support L3 Apprenticeship.
This is a crucial role supporting the HR function as an assistant and will suit a real team player looking to make a difference in our organisation.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the recruitment process by arranging interviews, includes liaising with hiring managers and candidates and keeping the recruitment portal up-to-date
- Support with managing attendance by tracking data relating to sickness absence
- Maintaining employee records using People HR
- Respond to queries as needed
- Support the on boarding and off boarding process
- Upload payroll data (with support) to ensure employees are paid correctly
- Manage the document control log ensuring version control is up-to-date

Working Week: 30 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 6 hours per day with one day for study and attendance at Chichester College as required.
Salary: £11,778 per annum in line with the Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage – please see further information below.

Training to be provided:
- HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship
- On the job training with experienced colleagues
Future Prospects: Future prospects after the apprenticeship to be discussed on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Things to Consider:
- Learning at Chichester College may be undertaken remotely or onsite with classroom attendance.
- This is a 16-month apprenticeship including end point assessment.
- Own transport would be an advantage as location is 20-minute walk from Chichester city centre with limited public transport.

- The ability to speak the Polish or Bulgarian language is desirable (not essential)
- Applicants MUST BE resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to the start of learning and have work authorisation for the UK.
- Applicants WILL NOT BE eligible to apply if they have already achieved a qualification which is equal to or higher thank the apprenticeship standard on offer.
- Applicants MUST BE resident in the area local to the apprenticeship opportunity or be prepared to relocate in time to start employment and study.

Further Information: Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £7.55 per hour (As of the 1st April 2025). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16- to 18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.
