The HR Policy and Delivery Department is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and delivering HR services across the organisation.
The role will report into a Senior Manager and will work closely with the HR Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing HR division, which will enable the FCA to deliver its priorities by driving cultural change and increasing organisational effectiveness, whilst supporting HR delivery
What will you be doing?
  • Play a critical role in the refresh and redesign of the overall HR digital customer journey for FCA/PSR colleagues, including with our HR systems
  • Create, improve and manage user centred digital HR content that meets user needs. This will include participation in initiatives including the refresh of our Employee Handbook and HR knowledge articles
  • Use data and evidence to identify user needs. Map journeys and user stories to inform content strategy and design decisions
  • Design digital HR user journeys and logical navigation across a content library to approved digital standards
  • Create, improve and manage user centred digital HR content that meets user needs. This will include participation in initiatives including the refresh of our Employee Handbook and HR knowledge articles
  • Identify and build strong relationships with HR stakeholders, influencing and collaborating with them to improve the structure and quality of digital content
  • Promote content design discipline: sharing knowledge and best practices across HR to elevate the role and impact of digital content design

Minimum
  • Experience in designing content to meet user needs and make complex language and processes easy to understand
  • Experience in writing, editing and publishing digital content, and experience in using content management systems
  • Experience of using data, research and evidence to review and evaluate content to make improvements
Essential
  • Show a deep understanding of end-to-end journeys and how content is affected within these journeys
  • Work autonomously and deliver to deadlines while coordinating work across distributed teams
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships - collaborating, influencing and contracting to deliver project outcomes
  • Excellent ability to write in Plain English and structure documentation to meet user needs
  • Deliver through others and operate as a critical friend to improve HR digital user journeys and content.
