Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Data Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing employee experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources processes, along with experience in using various HRIS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of HR data.
- Maintain HR systems, ensuring they are up to date with the latest data.
- Undertake a T&A admin role, ensuring timely resolution on exceptions (absence & overtime).
- Preparation of accurate daily and weekly labour reports, distributed to the wider business use.
- Monitor absence records, producing insightful reports and documentation when required.
- Assist with the AWOL process, ensuring timely resolutions for the business.
- Preparation of daily absence KPI reports to finance, distributed in a timely manner.
- Process agency starters / leavers on the T&A system for accurate agency labour reporting.
- Establishing agency records, maintaining information relating to performance/dismissal etc.
- Monitor Net2 (HR function), ensuring all employees/agency have access control cards, and liaising with Security highlighting suspicious access related data when applicable.
- Support the weekly payroll process, assist in resolving pay queries when required.
- Assist with other administration activities (employee references / change of details etc.)
- Assist fellow HR staff / managers during disciplinary/grievance meetings, investigations and absence management cases, when required.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to employees.
- Undertake additional responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organisation.
