HR Assistant – Fixed Term Contract
Location: Rotational – Wimbledon (London) & Bournemouth (Dorset)

Reporting To: HR Business Partner
Are you ready to kick-start or grow your career in HR within a dynamic, global beauty business? We’re looking for a highly motivated HR Assistant to join our UKI HR Team, supporting our sites in Wimbledon, Bournemouth, and Ashford. This is a hands-on role with exposure to the full HR spectrum - from employee engagement and talent management to data analysis and employee relations.
What you’ll be doing
Managing HR data and reporting using HRIS (MCT), People Connect, Power BI, and AI tools.
Keeping org charts accurate and up-to-date.
Supporting policy, benefits, onboarding, and global mobility processes.
Coordinating recruitment, learning initiatives, and talent reviews.
Providing first-line advice on HR policies and managing employee relations cases.
Driving employee engagement through forums, townhalls, and survey action planning.
Leading learning and development projects and contributing to workforce planning.
Managing DEI initiatives and communications.
What we’re looking for
Graduate position.
Relevant HR qualification or similar.
Strong Excel, IT & data analysis skills, with the ability to analyse and report complex data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible relationships.
Organised, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and personal credibility.
