We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team at Juniper. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our customers, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our HR Administration service. You will also play a key role in supporting the development of our HRIS platform and driving continuous improvement in administrative processes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new project.
The Role:
- Communicate with key customer contacts, preparing letters and employment contracts using provided templates.
- Monitor, co-ordinate, and respond to the Juniper HR admin ZenDesk inbox.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date school files.
- Ensure the relevant templates and pay scales are stored for our customers.
- Support the ongoing development of the HRIS administrative service.
About You:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Confident using IT systems, including Outlook, MS Word (mail merge), and Zendesk (or similar ticketing system).
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
