We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator who has excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal talents with an ability to interact with a wide range of people. You should be able to work to tight deadlines, while multi-tasking and managing competing priorities and you should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience using SharePoint and Docusign would be preferred, but not essential.
Administration experience is essential. An SVQ level 2 or 3 in Administration or related subject would be beneficial
You will join a small HR team where you will provide pro-active and responsive support to line managers throughout the company, in relation to staff recruitment and selection and terms and conditions of work.
Your job will be varied and will include:
- Ensuring the safe handling and processing of all recruitment onboarding and employment paperwork and checks in line with Aspire policies
- Maintaining accurate HR and administrative systems to assist in the operation of all Aspire services
- Providing a first class onboarding process.
- Providing minute taking support at employee relations meetings.
- Keeping statistical records and providing recruitment and operations reporting to meet operational needs.
Travel throughout Aspire locations may be an expectation of the post holder from time to time.
