We are looking for a passionate Housekeeping Supervisor full of flair and great attitude to assist in leading the Housekeeping Team at The Tawny Hotel. This is an incredible time to join, as we have plenty of projects in the pipeline and your ideas really count! The site comprises a variety of rooms from Shepherd Huts to Boathouses, and fledglings across our two estates next door to each other.
The successful candidates will have experience in Housekeeping Supervision and be able to drive due to the nature of the site.

The Role:
- Support the Head Housekeeper in the running of the department
- Deputise in the absence of the Head Housekeeper
- Assist with recruitment, rotas and training
- Ordering in line with budgets and maintaining costs
- Have a high attention to detail when checking public areas and rooms.
Hours as our Housekeeping Supervisor:
This is a permanent full time position working 32 -40 hours over 4-5 shifts per week working shifts across a 7 day operation. Applicants must be flexible to work a range of shifts, which can start from 7am and the odd evening is required.
