Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Airbnb Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, paying attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
