Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and janitorial services, ensuring that our facilities are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure all areas are tidy.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain an organised supply cart and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked appropriately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety standards.

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
