Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping to join our team in delivering exceptional service within our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel housekeeping operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Please note that you must be able to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimise productivity while maintaining quality service.
- To clean holiday homes to a high standard, this involves working independently or part of a team.
- Maintain health and safety standards within the housekeeping department.
