About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and guest-focused House Host to join our team at Cove Landmark Pinnacle. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest feels right at home and leaves with great memories of their stay.
What You’ll Be Doing
Warmly welcome guests on arrival and offer assistance throughout their stay.
Keep our spaces guest-ready by ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented.
Respond to guest questions and resolve issues quickly, with professionalism and care.
Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Support with organising and hosting occasional guest activities or events.
What We’re Looking For
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and a love for helping people are essential.
Strong communication and people skills – you enjoy engaging with guests from all walks of life.
A team player who’s also confident working independently.
Detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
